This was my first wine painting which I created as an experiment to see if my ideas worked as I hoped. Originally this art was just going to be for me to display in my kitchen as a bit of color and to celebrate my favorite wines. However after creating this, and the several that came after, I realized that I had to share them with more than just myself and my husband. As for this particular wine, it remains the only non-NW wine in my series, but is still an old favorite of mine.
