This is Cardinal Sin, a dominating presence in An Tir, a mover and shaker ex-Prophet of Daos (although don't ask him to put on a belly dancing costume!), and all around great guy. If you have any clue what I'm talking about then likely you already know this fellow and will understand how accurate this painting is. *grin*
